The Knee joint on Hard Master bothers me...there's a bit of an air gap from the wide thigh to the skinny ankle... a different knee or lower leg may help eliminate that.

Spear head is pretty solid...I think he's missing the bulky chest/vest that to me would really say Spear Head... also the color Orange...if you don't want to paint orange on him...maybe a redish brown...something in that warmer color family.

If feel like Arrowhead's head is sitting a little high... I'm sure the hair and collar on that body don't make it any easier... or it might just be me. Also the Shirt and pants being so similar in color, but not exactly bothers me.... It's not quite clear if he's wearing a single coverall and the color match just isn't perfect... or if he's supposed to have on a shirt and pants and the colors are just a little bit too similar.

Spearhead not gonna have no orange, just the tans. He was just to use up parts anyways.
Arrowhead his shirt is the color of the resolute dukes so it wasn't painted and his pants are light grey,so they do kinda blend . His collar and hair does make it harder to lower his head much more i'm pretty sure as I've drilled his head quite a bit, appreciate your thoughts and ideas

Your Hard Master also looks a lot better than what Hasbro put out.

Spearhead is missing something. Not sure if it's the camo or the vest as someone noted above.

Nice bunch here, Tim. Arrowhead is especially cool. I love the way you put those parts together to make him something unique. Hard Master is a major improvement. My only critique is his lower legs. They just don't seem to match the aesthetic of the rest of the figure.
