I still want to change out the head, but I wanted to post this *fix* for the Retaliation Cyber Ninja. Still not a fan of the arms, but he looks MUCH better than factory. And I actually like that head - it's the only part that really had me considering buying the fig in the first place (other than the accessories.) |

Love the Cyber-Ninja, but I plan on doing the same headswap you are.  I love this new torso on him, that's a great idea. I kinda feel he needs a belt of sorts to complete the look, though. |
