I actually like the Black Vulcan character more than Black Lightning so I kept the design relatively the same. Just tweaking the mask and gloves and giving him full length tights.

And I agree that this character concept is superior to BL.

That's perfect. Good job working with all the yellow, too.

For those of out of the DC loop- are BV and BL the same character w/different names?

Vulcan was only used and made for the Superfriends cartoon. Black Lightning was strictly comic book with DC and he was created first. They couldn't use him on Superfriends because of creator dispute.
