With Cobra losing so many of its well trained men to Brock Samson of GI Joe, the Commander recruited one of Brock's former employers old enemies the Monarch who seemed to have an unlimited supply of expendable henchmen!

man that is an excellent henchman number one. make a couple more that aren't as defined and you'll have a great squad. |
