I couldn't decide on which version of Falcon I wanted to do so I amalgamated some of the features of each

in my verse...

Lt Falcon has gone through extensive lengths to obscure his actual ties within the GI Joe Ranks. Few know the actual truth and most have accepted the decoy as fact. Duke is not his Half-Brother or even Step-Brother. Falcon is actually the Son of General Hawk. As such is why Hawk is so infuriated by his derelict activities. Duke spoke up in his court martial to save face for Hawk and because he legitimately felt Falcon would one day become a Joe of remarkable valor. Unrefined and arrogant Falcon took offence to Duke's attempt to aide, further barbing his subsequent interactions with references to Duke's lie. A scene that all but one of the Rawhides accepted as Falcon being Falcon. His time with Slaughter and the Renegades at the Slaughterhouse as well as the call of Duty from the Cobra LAir events did seem to galvanize his character on to the right path. Not to say his career is unblemished after that point, an undercover attempt did leave him the victim of The Headman's Spark drug. Later he would be given full command of Night Force just before the Jugglers arranged a 76% staff reduction of the Joe Team.

I know the format I work with is very niche.

Falcon is Joe Firefly head, Shockblast body and arms, with Flint Lower legs topped off with a Stone Beret and some material I cut off a cushion
it's a lot of v1 falcon with the duty vest of Night force

Chuckles is a desert Long range with an inferno head I trimmed to change his hair style. pants are from spirit, shirt is a modified Toy Story 3 Hawaiian Dream Vacation Ken shirt, holster built from Stone's holster adding the leg holster
kinda reminds me of Daniel Craig..

incidentally they where among the first custom Sigma joes I made, no real part swaps save for Jinx

Tunnel Rat is a T-rat with bratz pants, trat belt trimmed off of webgear added holster and revolver, a desert long range kerchief, burger king watch and grand slam bandoleer

BigLob is a Sigma Destro with Barbie basketball jersey, sigma strike belt and shoulder pad, grand slam bandoleer Styrofoam ball for hair and spirit's javelin launcher with the bow removed

Jinx is a v1 snake eyes with stormshadow hands, kamakura head and parts from a bratz manaquin, tunnelrat webgear and some spirited paint aps

Law is a Grnd Slam with duke v1 vest, grand slam helmet, wwe big boss man maximum sweat nightstick

Order is a repainted timber

These do look great, but I'm especially struck by your take on Falcon. I also played him as Hawk's son and jealous of Duke because Hawk took an almost paternal interest in him. Hawk pulled strings to get Falcon into the Green Berets but Falcon earned his way onto the Joe team out of spite and looking for an opportunity to distinguish himself...preferably at Duke's expense.

My brother saw Sneekpeek on my work desk and said I was evil for that.

Spin: great idea as well, one story I shelved was that the cobra scepters that Serpentor carried also passed on his genetic encoding, that those he struck with them would in turn become him once the current host died, a full dna rewrite and the next would be Duke, creating a superior serpentor possessing all of the Joe intel as well as the demoralizing notion that they would be fighting Duke. In one such conflict Hawk and Falcon would be locked up for being infected as well. in sorts I abandoned it after the Venomous Maximus... thing was similar
