Modern Low-Light from Sunbow. Once I find my dremel I will polish up the elbows that I sanded the flesh paint off of. I had no plans to do this custom, but I got a 30th Viper in a lot that I gave the gear to Mercer so had a Viper body not in use. I also had the Marauders Low-Light in my fodder bin so I combined the two together to make the Sunbow blue colored Low-Light. I'll get better pictures when I get a sunny day.

Recipe:
Head, vest, and goggles- Marauder Low-Light
Body- 30th Cobra Viper
Rifle- Legion XIV

Looks kewl. I like the M-21 sniper rifle, where'd you pick that up?

Only mod I'd ever make to the figure is to get rid of the pads wrapped around his forearms, They kinda interfere with his ability to hold the Chy-tech properly

The rifle is one of mine, from Legion XIV. The original had pads around the forearms so I elected to use arms with them.

Very cool idea. The colors work well and echo a cartoon color palate, but at the same time aren't overly bright like some of the Hasbro comic-colored figures.
