Post subject:  Tony Stark's SlipperBot - Updated 8/7 new pics
So, I saw some Iron Man 3 concept art that showed Tony's robot for his slippers. It cracked me up enough to make me add it to my list. Well, tonight after my daughter took and lost a part I had worked on, I started cleaning up my desk and found the parts I set aside for this.

I haven't seen IM3 yet, but I don't think that's crippling my ability to understand the concept of these things. Awesome.

I decided to add the fur lining detail to the slippers. Then I decided to make them look worn. Then I drybrushed the terminator legs. By the time I was done I had to re-take the pics.

Soo thinking out of the box! I love it. Only thing missing is a shot with Mr. F sporting a screaming Duke head for the after-shot.

I don't think that would work considering we do want young collectors to visit the site.

At what age is someone getting booted in the nuts by a fluffy slipper wearing robot not funny? I think I actually think that I would find it less funny now (having had a lifetime of sackpunches and nutkicks behind me) than I would have as a kid.
