Had the extra head so I figured I would update this custom. Still a few extras planned for the final piece.

Little more progress.

I would have used one of the rounded IM Mark 2/3 shoulder pads for the red/white one but I don't think it's big enough to work on this base figure.

I really like how this is turning out though. You've nailed the look while updating it a bit. Now give him a cigar, a smiley face button and a flame thrower and you're all set.
