So I was going through some Marvel Joe comic covers and saw two I've always been meaning to revreate with figures. The thing they both have in common is forced perspective.
Issue 70, Wild Bill being held at gunpoint while flying a helicopter over a jungle.
I stripped a True Heroes blackhawk down for parts but, still had the front. I kept it for a while just for this shot, but then it served as a rabbit, guinea pig, fish aquarium hiding place until everything grew too big for it. So I cleaned up. I wish the pistol was being held an 1/8 of an inch higher towards his head.
This one is the bonus one. I couldn't tell how much you could see out of the wind shield of the helicopter so I literally grabbed whatever vehicles and figures I had on my workbench to set up an action scene. It turned out you couldn't see anything through the scratched windows.
Issue 106, Major Bludf has Snake Eyes lined up in his sights. I might try this ine again if I ever find a smaller mirror at the craft store (they were out when I checkef yesterday). Even with the oversized dentist mirror, lining up that shot took For.
