Who designs the high tech weaponry the GI Joe team gets to use?

Tony Stark, of course. Marvel Comics featured a brief appearance of a non-Marvel Universe version of J. Jonah Jamieson, so it's reasonable that Stark Industries and Tony Stark would exist in that continuity, too.

Instead of the RDJ inspired heads that are popular nowadays, I went for a throwback look. More fitting for the 80's.

I agree. This is kind of a Burt Reynolds Stark.

Thanks, all.

My favorite Tony Stark artwork was that of Mark "Doc" Bright in the mid 80's, so that's what I was aiming for with the head. The body is more contemporary clothing, I guess, but I had fun with it.

The head is a cast from a Black Hole character. It could also work for Howard Stark if it were on a Henry Jones body.
