An easy to make Retaliation Cobra Commander. Hardly any paint is required if you are patient enough to remove all the red paint. So basically what I did was remove the red paint from neck and arms. I applied some black paint because the acetone always burns the plastic. I trimmed the symbol on the belt too and repainted it. Everything else was just part swap with minor modes.
