Back in 2007/2008 when the 25th line first came out I made a custom Big Boa. I used the best fodder available at the time and it’s really not a bad figure. I even made a commissioned one for a friend. A few weeks ago I found the MU Hercules on clearance at Walmart and the inspiration struck! I got a cast of the Collectors Club Big Boa headsculpt from Freeman Slavens.

I don’t have an actual collector’s club Big Boa as a size reference, but the Jurassic Park figure is made with the same mold:



I made a rookie mistake and didn’t think a couple of things through when I started on this one. I should have kept the original feet and just sculpted over the open-toed sandals, but for some reason I didn’t think about that until after I cut them off (they were rocker ankles) I also don’t want the arm bands because they prevent me from using his boxing gloves, but I’m afraid of screwing him up if I try to dremel the bands off. If I could find another Hercules, I will do it and redo the feet.

You know, if it were me considering this I would have dismissed the base body as just being too big. But you totally made it work.

It originally came from Tofujesse. I don't know if he's still selling them.
