There isn't really much to say about this. I bought the Avengers Assemble 5POA Thor on clearance at a grocery store because I needed to withdraw cash at the same time to pay for pizza at work. Sadly the Thor was crap, less so because of the 5POA and moreso because he's a 5POA Thor with the most horrible static stance ever.
So with guidance from my superThorfan friend, I bought a cheap Ultimates Thor from China because he was one of the few with proportions that could accomodate the head.
Drilled the neck socket deeper, cut the cape off and glued it on the body and ta-dah. A decently playable Thor.
