HALO project i am building.

Still working on the other projects from the Dredd universe.

Have had this HALO project on the sidelines for awhile so kicked into gear to get it done.

Oh yes its 1/6th scale.

Building;-

HALO3 Marine,
2 x ODST,
SRS99D-S2 (H3) Sniper rifle
&
WARTHOG.

Also the wip on 2 ODST Marines.
Being supervised by an Original SPARTAN ( custom figure i made).

Some shots of my wip 1/6 scale WARTHOG.

Originally a pep build. I then re enforced the inside with Resin and Fibreglass.

One shot with a figure in seated to show size of this wee beastie.

Are the gun and Warthog built from scratch?

That they are Dusty79.

The rifle has parts from a barret 82 but scratch built.

The Warthog is a pepikura model. Scaled to 1/6 scale and printed out on numerous sheets.
Put together with Superglue and re enforcement bars.

Then i fibreglassed and resin the interior and resin coats on the exterior.
Will be going the HALO 4 axel aka standard 4 point.
Just looking at R/C wheels and still stuck on how i can do the windshield.

So who out there can 3D design the Renegades Coyote to print up in this pepakura format?

Pep can be a lot of fun with a different way to build something. Fiddly part is that initial card build.

After that its respirator on and resin and fibreglass out. More fun.

Right then SRS99D-S2 sniper rifle finished. Just need make the scope now.
All paintes up too: Gun Metal and a silverish ala Halo3/ODST.

Thanks Raptor. Its taken awhile as between family and life then all the 1/18 ongoing projects lol So trying to complete the 1/6 HALO customs i have ongoing. Plus want to start the to scale Covernant ELITE figure.

With that, the Warthog needs teeth. So pep base main cannon.
However using this as template to make it again in wood/plastic.
Plus fancy doing the Rocket Pod too. As both weapons systems will be on theor own round base.
Currently toying if Troop Carrier can be done and be modular too.

Amazing styrene work man!

I need to learn that skill. I know the very basics.
Do you find the builds to be fragile in any way?
Are they resistant to normal wear and tear ?

Not too my customizers have this level of skill working in these material. The builds are great!

@phantro. This isnt styrene. It was initially card pepikur build. Then from below i have fibreglassed the inside. Externally i have applied several coats of resin.
This is also my first build so far so good lol

Well done a little more work on the Warthog

Also this week my ThreeA Carter arrived and bloody hell he is huge.

So had to put the figures with the Warthog
