All names assigned to this unknown scientist. He was a pioneer Chrononaut and as with all pioneers, tragedy befell him. Losing his lower arms and lower legs didn't stop him, however. He instead chose to become a hero and developed a harness that focuses quick bursts of time travel. It appears as if he's teleporting or making duplicates of himself, but it's all smoke and mirrors. In his down time and away from GI Joe, he enjoys painting and entertaining kids. Truly a unique superhero and a kind soul. He attacks without warning and doesn't hesitate to kill, and no one seems to know who he is. One thing is for certain. The Red Hood has an agenda, and it's going to take some combined effort to stop him once and for all. Head: Cobra Commander v26 Arms: Snake Eyes v58 Torso: Snake Eyes v67 Legs: Duke v34

He patrols his city and keeps criminals like Headman, Gristle, and The Drednoks off of his streets. Even though he has a stern demeanor, he still knows how to have fun. Frozone. Best custom so far. Loobot looks better with the green. Red Hood needs a shiny head, but I like everything else about it.

For as easy as Frozone was, I'm shocked by the amount of love for it. 2Dark2C, it would get in the way of all his super hero skating!

I do feel Frozone needs his small goatee to be complete, but otherwise these are all great!

You could just do a soul patch. A blob of black would be suffice.
