I dig it man. How did you do the logo on the armor?

Is it just me, or are your photos taking a step up too? That third manipulated shot is fun.

But - isn't Captain Marvel a chick with an afro? I am so out of touch. ;)

also, however intentional or unintentional it was, I seriously LOL'd at "Gun: Robocop?"

Yes, I do believe that is Robocop's gun

The logo was an idea given to me by JC's own BadAsh. He suggested that I dip a pencil eraser in paint and dab it on the armor. Then I could fill in any gaps in the paint with a detail brush. The ring that extends on either side I have you to thank for. Because I used a cheap toothpick like a pencil.

I've been having a lot of fun with doing these one off dio shots. I did that one yesterday, and had J_Man slap in a Sci-Fi background.

There have been a LOT of Captain Marvels

Yeah, I assumed that was new RoboCop's gun, but I didn't know for sure. Also, it works with the site wide meme.

Thanks for the interest!

damn, that's remarkably clean for a dab of paint.

Whenever I make decals on white backed paper, I try to save the scraps that have had the adhesive applied, because even if nothing is printed on them, you can use them as blank white decals. The first thing I'd have tried is to simply use a hole-punch, and punch out some prepped, blank white circle decals.

To be honest, I thought maybe you had done that here, it's that smooth.

I'd have never considered a pencil eraser, but it was a neat experiment for sure.

Great figure. I dont really know the character, I'm a DC guy. lol. But he looks great and is clean as can be. Also, a big thanks to the both of you for the great ideas on how to do clean circle logos. That's priceless info right there.

I can dig it.

You should make an alternate head and hands in blue.
