Less a custom and more an accessory custom. The Mercer from the Marauders pack for some reason tried to match the v1 look in places, and not in others. He had his undershirt in orange, but his vest was a red Alley-Viper's vest. Didn't really match all that well.
So I decided to give him something a bit closer to his classic vest. And also threw in a nice bulky silenced pistol reminiscent of his v1 toy's big silenced pistol, instead of the typical POC-era silenced pistol.
