Well it's summer time again, that means I'm off from work which normally means it's custom time. However, with the little one at home and the wife working it means I'm a stay-at-home dad. Custom time comes late at night or during naps. Point being I don't have a whole lot of time for full write ups and what not so I'll be posting all of this summer's figures in this thread. First up the figures from the last 2 weeks. Cobra's Iron Man. I originally made this figure for a custom swap and knew I needed one for myself. The original and bio can be seen here: http://www.allthatremainsbeyond.com/app ... y-of-viper Hydro-Viper, inspired by the amazing work of Rascalscustoms, which I became the lucky owner of, see pics here: http://allthatremains2010.webs.com/apps ... ydro-viper Black Cat, I bought the MU version and was sadly disappointed in the articulation so I made my own. I sculpted the collar, the arm and leg fur were cut off the MU figure. An unnamed PMC A couple members of V.E.N.O.M. Miles Mayhem Nash Gorey I am aware that the masks sit high. I've modded the helmets as much as I'm willing to and display them without the masks on so they are fine in my book. And finally the figure I am most proud of out of the bunch. Pigpen Charlie Brown wasn't the only one to survive after the dead began walking the Earth. Pigpen took to his family's junkyard and hunkered down till he was ready. Now he is another survivor roaming the wastes. My favorite detail is the roll of duct tape, made out of real duct tape. I figured Pigpen is a junkyard engineer and lives by the mantra, "If ya can't duck it..." |

Agreed, the Hydro Viper just works. HypnoHustler mentioned it to me and I agree with him, making a stand with dirty cotton balls to simulate that surrounded by dirt look would be cool here. Hell even an action shot of him driving down a dusty dirt round would work. |

Good stuff here, from what I can see. Black Cat doesn't seem to be showing up for me, though? |

Thanks all, I can't take credit for Hydro-Viper, I took rascalscustoms formula and made my own, the main difference is the goggles and paint apps. As for Pigpen, I wanted to do an "action shot" with some dust either practically or digitally, but I didn't have time. I'll be going back and taking more shots of him and will do my best to add the dust. |

That was a lot to take in. Love the firefighters and your Iron Grenadiers set is pretty sweet too. |

I dig those IGs. I started something similar with mine but never finished them. Definitely going to use yours as inspiration/motivation to get them done now. |

Love the firefighters, very well done on parts choice. But the Hydro Viper takes the cake. The torso and leg combo goes together so well that they look like they were designed together. And I'm a sucker for Hydro Vipers of any sorts. |
