This is a custom that I made for my buddy ToneGuns. He called the guy "Ural", I guess... Parts used: Head: Mirage Chest: Alpine Upper arms: Mutt and Spirit (don't remember wich side is one and another, but the mold looks the same) Forearms: Zandar Waist: Barbecue Slaughter Marauders Thighs: Low-Light Legs: Hit&Run |

Dude. I love it. You used some awesome parts and came up with a very cool looking custom. I never realized how odd Zandar's forearms are though! They look like they were meant to be sleeves! |

The parts work well together but what really stands out is the painting. It looks production. Quite impressive. |

Kudos on the painting. It's very smooth and I really like the over all look you've come up with. |

Thanks for the comments guys. I'm supprised that you like the custom. The joint between torso and waist normally lost the paint due friction, but I give this info to ToneGuns The paint, as I can remember is: - Tamyia (acryl) light tan for the climber rope; - Tamyia (acryl) hull red for the back support; - Acrilex (Brazil) black matte (enamel); - Revell olive drab, dark grey and another light green. If someone needs the paint numbers (codes), please ask in private |

Nothing makes a custom look great like some good action shots. ToneGuns posts on JoeDios so I went and pulled some pics of Ural he took (looks like TARGAT gave him some new legs too): http://www.joedios.com/dioramas/showima ... chid=23871 http://www.joedios.com/dioramas/showima ... chid=23871 http://www.joedios.com/dioramas/showima ... chid=23871 He fits in really well with non-customs! Superb paint job TARGAT! |
