I've shown my Perseus before, but I finally got around to painting the shield and adding a mirrored inside (per recommendation by AV and foil tape suggestion by 2D2C).



I may re-do this at some point to try to get a wrinkle free application, but it works for now


So I was on vacation this week, and took the chance to do some fun outdoor shots. Miscellaneous ones below include a re-shoot of the Perseus/Medusa encounter, a confrontation from an Atlantean Chieftain who has been hunting Ogan the Accursed (both figures shown before), and some shots of the journey as well. There was this amazing tree stump at our cabin that seemed a great ruin of a prior fortress.

Very cool! Where did you get those shields from?

Perseus' shield is from the vintage Clash of the Titans figure - as is the head. I used mirrored foil tape to line the inside of his.

The shield for the bald guy is from a Schleich figure - the one that looks like Frazetta's Death Dealer
