Tiger Force Ripcord. The only thing I'm not too keen on is the head, which I might swap out at some point.
thanks for looking!
Tiger Force Snake EyesCLAYMORE
I had an extra Tiger Force Stalker body that I was able to pick up at the last con in the "let's make a deal" table. I bought it with the intention of making a Claymore, which I finally got around to. I was going to buy the Con Claymore at the convention, but the prices were absurd.
I painted the gear up, fixed some of the black on the legs, and painted the neck. The head was from a fodder box, and the helmet is from AVACs Lab.
DOWNTOWNI have been messing around with this particular custom for close to a year. I could never quite figure out how I wanted to do the webgear, or the gear itself, until it just kind of happened to all fall into place after a Marauder order. I went back and forth on whether to give the figure a blue wash, and in the end decided to do so just to differentiate him from the Steel Brigade a bit.
Cobra Commander Movie EditionI didn't get to finish Cobra Commander during the Custom Celebration due to time constraints and the auctions. He was a WIP for the better part of the year and the plan was to finish him once the 2 week challenges had a theme, he would have fit perfectly. I finally finished him and a couple of other really small project figures over the last couple of weeks.

MTF RESURGENCE "EAGLE EYE"Experimenting with MTF parts, I was able to do a fairly accurate MTF version of my Resurgence character Eagle Eye.
The only non MTF parts were he backpack, shield and cannon. The goggles were tricky to add to the helmet, but they are MTF as well.
I added the blank MTF tabs to the backpack and was able to slide the pulse rifle onto them. The shield fits snug on the cannon when in a downward position, allowing Eagle Eye to carry all his gear at once.
A little black washing and he was where I wanted him.
Thanks to Marauder Ruben for the MTF inspiration over the last couple
months.

BACKBLASTAnother figure made in my quest to fill the gaps from 88-94. He was on the backburner for over a year, while parts slowly fell together over time. The Leatherneck figure was crucial, preventing me from having to paint skin tones on the moving elbows. He had no head besides a 50th Bazooka one (way too scrawny), until I decided to sculpt on the Joe Colton head, and dirty it up a bit. The mustache isn't 100% accurate to the original, but when I sculpted the original type, it just looked very out of place for an update. I went the large Gung Ho type instead. There he sat again, as I could not figure out a harness. I did not want to sculpt one. As luck would have it, I happened upon a DC Hawkman figure that was around 4" tall, and used the harness from that, with pouches from Elite Forces and Joe attached to the top.
Parts List:
Head-Joe Colton with sculpted hair and mustache
Body-Leatherneck
Lower Legs-50th Bazooka
Harness_DC Hawkman figure
Gear-AVACS Lab Helmet, Vintage Launcher
HEAVY DUTYI started this Heavy Duty custom intent on doing a different vest. I used a Retaliation Roadblock vest with two pouches and a radio attached. I then thickened up the eyebrows a bit. Mine came with skinny eyebrows.
I was digging for fodder for my ARAH Duke when I found the remnants of an ARAH Heavy Duty gear. It was missing the backpack and missiles. I started to mess with it to see if I could get it to work. I attached some cut down missile launchers from a PoC Duke, and made the handles out of Retaliation Roadblock accessories. The particular backpack has the bar in the back (inside portion) which is used to "grab" onto the frame of the Arah piece and hold it all together.
TRACKER:I started Tracker early last year and now just finished right before Assembly Required. In my quest to make 88-89 figures that haven't been made, I sometimes run into obstacles as how to translate them but still keep the spirit of the figure in place. The visor was hit and miss for awhile, until by accident I popped it on the head while custom fitting for a completely different idea. From there Tracker had a couple different leg swaps until I felt I achieved the look I was going for.
Blackstar:came about with the luck of having an extra Airtight body. Going through the archives to see what figure was mostly yellow that I could translate him into, I found Blackstar. I don't really know the character much, and only acquired the figure a couple years back when I was still trying to hunt down all the domestic figures. I chose the Steel Brigade helmet as I thought it looked most like the helmet from the vintage version.
Night Force Lifeline:In looking for something to do with the excess of 50th figures I was able to get on clearance, I changed the hit and run into a Night Force version of Lifeline. The torso doesn't have much coloring besides the red and greens, as the grey looked close to a vintage night force grey.
I was able to get the head from the con in the "lets make a deal" bin from GIJCC.
By sheer luck, the custom skin tone I mixed up is almost a dead match for the skin tone of the head.

Sheriff Longmire:
I don't do alot of t.v. watching most of the year, besides the months where the snow is on the ground and I don't want to go outside. At that point, I start rewatching older movies and find a couple of shows on Netflix, to help pass the time by. One of those last winter was Longmire, a show about a Wyoming Sheriff that caught my attention. New season starts this month!
This was a long time in the making, as it got put of several times. The Star was problematic, as I didn't want to sculpt a star, so I "settled" on a 5 pointed one instead of a six. The hat looks decent in person, but the pictures, no matter the angle, make it look quite large. Overall pleased with the results though.

COUNTDOWN:
I've been wanting to do a Countdown for awhile, and make it the way I like to make my Modern Era figures-which is a cross between vintage and PoC. Countdown proved to be a challenge in that aspect, as the gear always never looked right when I'd have on in a WIP stage. Thanks to the Force Awakens, I found something suitable. For the helmet, I decided to use the one seen as the vintage one looked to vintage for me. Instead of just placing it on his head, I added it to a shock trooper mask so Countdown wouldn't be floating in space with a bare neck. I used as many light colored or white parts as I could to help with any paint rub, used a krylon base white, then used a camouflage grey which is a pretty close match to white. This guy is finally off my to do list.
