head is the helmet portion of some poor unfortunate dalmation from paw patrol and hulkbuster series Valkyrie
body is the other female from that series... titania?
boots are from sigma tunnelrat, cuffs are from frontal assault duke pompom gun ammo belt
gloves are from ROC action battler Cobra COmmander
gun is from some power ranger like the smash ups
tech kibble on the chest is trimmed from a 200x max steele vest
she makes the third of the 5 Champlan commandos, Rocker and Striker will both be part of the 1992 replacements
