One of Action Man's enemies from the Council of Doom. I aimed for a "Batman The Animated Series" look for him, with broad shoulders/long arms/short legs.

really nice! I have a feeling if you show a wip pick it will blow my mind! looks like a factory figure, the odd proportions make it more perfect. |

Thanks! I've done a lot of sculpting to salvage NS chests/backs, since they're just too short. |
