Arms: Ceremony Luke Skywalker
Hands: BFS Felonious
Legs: 25th Cobra Commander
Feet: Clone Wars bounty hunter
Cape: Santa Claus hat
Power stone: nail gem, bedazzle bead, Tiniest Hotwheels package, and balsa wood
Pet Orloni: Imaginext Caveman dino and Aves

nice! I need to look up the character, but collector comes across well with all the great specimens in the dio pics.

could also be a custom of will Ferrell from zoolander :)
