From 1992, this is Bullet Proof.

Bullet Proof is a character that came out after I had stopped collecting, but one that is especially good compared to the other 90's figures. The backpack was great, loaded with an entrenching tool (I think), a gas mask, and some kind of cylinder device. To showcase the backpack Bullet Proof is drawn from behind. Since his face is obscured, I added an inset panel with his helmetless face.

I didn't make any substantial changes from the figure's design, although I added backpack straps and a strap for the sidearm holster.

The colors are mostly pulled from the first Bullet Proof figure, but the camo on the uniform is pushed slightly towards the yellow of the second version. Whenever Hasbro would use the same color for the camo as the accoutrements, it always looked lazy.

really nice touch with the inset face, now I kind of wish all your figures had one :)
