Inspired by the recent Sonic Fighters we got thru the club I kinda felt like its sad we wont get the rest...so I made Psyche-Out...Zap I had done a few years back.
Psyche-Out is Wild Bill v12 with the holsters removed and some paint. And a Cobra Industries Trooper head. The gun is a dremeled down Roadblock gun with Captain America's shield. The bandoleer is from Storm Shadow just flipped.
I could not bring myself to add the big blue nipple discs...BUT in lieu of that I gave him the blue Firefly backpack with silver mines. Call them what you want, their round and fit the color scheme (he has some silver) so they can be E.C.M. dishes if you want.
Zap is mostly I think Tomahawk with Mutt's head and Mouse's helmet. Web gear from somebody from 2007 or 08. The ordinance pack is glued on as well as the double bazooka...
