#51 Ozone
From 1991, this is Ozone. The Eco-Warriors schtick was stupid. I've always seen the Eco-Warriors as simply being the Joes who handle all of the biohazard/nuclear issues. Why Airtight was omitted but Flint was included we'll never know.
I streamlined the uniform, and tossed out the grenades and the helmet. The grenades didn't make much sense, so Ozone instead gets some mystery device. The helmet is replaced with something closer to that of Eco-Warriors Barbecue, which allows for Ozone's face to be seen. Clean Sweep will probably also get the helmet makeover, too.
