Sometimes it is really hard for me to change modes. I can do multiple projects at once, but if I get going on a theme, it is hard to shake. After working on miniatures for the “JoeCustoms the Diorama” display, I couldn’t stop seeing other things I could add to it. That brings me to Mini MASK vs Venom.

The Rhino is a Jada Nano Optimus Prime (started months before we knew they’d be making Joes). It went through about 8 different paint jobs as I tried to figure out modern metallic or vintage look and ended up somewhere between the two with vintage body and metallic striping. Then after it was painted I wanted it to be functional like the toy and split in half. They’re held together by magnets and the carbon fiber rods acting as guns. The missile is a cut down grappling hook.

The Switchblade is a GI Joe Battleship Cobra Gunship that I started and finished this morning when I realized I needed else for the mission briefing shot.

that is very cool! i'm most impressed by your table base! you could flip those builders around for a more modern look too. this makes me realize i should have kept some!

the action feature on that tiny truck is amazing. looking at the pics blown up i noticed the tiny figure in the dudes hand!!

The table is Click n Play (formerly Power Team Elite) sitting on top of some Fortnite pieces.

The figure is a painted N Scale model railroad figure. The idea was to cut it in half and be the driver for the rear half of the truck like the original toy. However, despite how tiny it is, it was still too big to look right with the truck. So I figure it is a drone that Bruce Sato would control like a toy (the other operator of the Rhino in the MASK cartoon).

Nice use of the Fortnite building and the building pieces as the table supports.

that's what i meant the FN builders. i think marauder still sells a similar table top.

i need some of them tiny railroad people, drbindy used them as smurfs! i figured your mask guy was saying "then i jump out right here" while playing ,or i mean planning :)

That's amazing stuff. Dropping all of it inside of the building makes it even better.

Oh this is fantastic! I love seeing things like this; it really gives a sense of the MASK guys being so much bigger than they actually are. That's what I love seeing in dios.

really nice work here. I challenge you to spend one hour detailing out the inside of that shack. Maps, clipboards, screens, gear strategically places on the walls. Maybe a filing cabinet or a framed photo. Love the natural light coming through the window.
