| Post subject: | Lance Sputnik in the Quarantine Zone (Q19 Challenge) |
While I am still working, and helping with home schooling all of a sudden, and I seem to have even less spare time than normal (less than zero?, I’ve taken the opportunity to knuckle through some of my WIPs that have been sitting in a tub for literally years. Some of it I have no idea what I was planning, some I have no idea what I was thinking. And one is a sort of special item I’ve not had the heart to return to for a few years now. I’ve failed to take a few of the ‘before’ pictures until just after ‘too late’, and ‘seem’ to have developed a fondness for ‘actual’ air quotes in my ‘typing’ Here are some of the starting point pictures... |

There are a couple of larger type projects I’d like to try and delve into over the next few weeks too, even though I really don’t have any more free time than I did before all this nonsense started. I am planning to finish off some of the last fine details and take some pictures in the next few days, and start m a few others. |

I’ve had this going on and off for the last year, maybe two years. It’s still got another piece I am working on, but it’s experimental and cumbersome. I really like how this came out though.

This was totally experimental. I am a bit torn on the results. I could have cut the craft foam a little bit bigger, but overall, it worked out pretty much as I expected it to.

This was a project I start waaaay back when my daughter was still into My Little Pony. It’s a human form version of the MLP witch doctor/zebra Zecora. The paint on this may seem minimal, but it was actually quite fun to do. The staff was also a hoot, and I’m pleased as punch at how it came out.
