i love that head and your paint! the lines of her shoulders are very "futuristic" looking. like 80's version of what the future would look like. i would like her more with some straps or something to tie the shoulders in to the neck piece. |

Thanks, all. I considered tying down the shoulder pads, but I kept them loose to match how Zarana's "floated" on her arms. The pads are push molds made from Zarana's shoulder army, so I wanted some thematic consistency between aunt and daughter. (It's called overthinking!) I can't say I intentionally started this as an "advanced" version of Zanya. It actually was going to be Scarlett in a gi... then Scarlett in cold weather gear. Then it hit me that the head really would work best as Zanya, especially with the Stalker hair added and blended on. I swapped out the hands and boots I had picked out for Scarlett and replaced them with Jonny Quest parts and Zanya was good to go. |
