From 2017, here is Captain Skip. Originally a Palitoy Action Man figure, The GI Joe Collectors' Club made a version of the character.

Well, I labelled the character as a 2012 instead of a 2017, and I still can't get the link to work correctly for the image.

I'm doing my best, guys, but I'm a luddite.

I'm using the "img" button, but only get the question mark icon instead of the actual image.

the link you posted is a hot link. to get the picture to show it needs to be a different bb? code. in the above i did both as an example.

1 -went to your link. right clicked then selected "image address". then pasted it into the window here.

2- did the exact same copy/paste then highlighted the link and clicked the [IMG] button to get it to show up
