  • This section is for honest critique of the work shown here. Members are encouraged to give and accept non-confrontational constructive criticism as well as adoring praise and everything in between.
  • In order to show case everyone's work equally, please post multiple customs on the same day into a single thread. If you have a lot of pictures of your work you may have to add them to a separate post within that thread.
  • Please do not link to a sale thread or to eBay from your critique thread. This section isn't to be used to market your finished work. The Market Place section is better suited for that purpose.

An attempt to give the head-to-toe Ambush repaint some individuality using mostly New Sculpt parts.

you made mindbender look like sean connery ! great use of parts! i was going to ask about the jacket too. is it the top of a sw cape/robe? if so i might of sent it. whatever it is you transformed well!

Thanks, guys!

The jacket is a Yoda robe (no idea which one, Revenge of the Sith maybe) with the armholes cut into the side.

The Fortnite rifles is from one of your boxes, 2DARK2C. Thanks! I got the idea for this when I saw another Yoda figure's robe that just didn't work, so I spent hours driving around looking for one at toy shops until I found the right one. Then I promptly left it in a figure case for two years!

That's how it goes sometimes. Last month I spent several hours+ parting together A-Team figures, knowing that I won't start work on them until '22.

that fortnite rifle would be a good stand in a-team mini-14 if you cut the stock off and reattached it upside down (right side up really).

Yes, it was that gun you sent me that got me started the A-Team rabbit hole!!! There were two of those, plus another rifle that looked sort of like Outback's '87 rifle.

I still have 3 Eagle Force figures from Mego's unproduced wave, then EF will be done and done. One of the those three is almost done right now, then I'll do the other 2 every other custom to speed it up. After that I'll start on the A-Team, also probably doing them every other figure to hopefully get them done within a year from the start date.
