I've slowly been drizzling out the Minions of Destruction (the villains from Bionic Six) as Cobra troops or Dreadnoks, because why not?
I won't pretend to remember the cartoon, but from what the internet tells me, Dr. Scarab brought him to life, like a big gluey cottage cheese Frankenstein's monster.
Here I'm going more for a Cobra chemical weapons trooper whose body is mutating, probably because of something Dr. Mindbender did. As it mutates, its hand and foot have already ripped through the chemical suit.
