Ok, so what do you do with a $5 DragonHawk from TRU.com? You customize the hell out of it :P

Originally I planned on using it as an updated "MoonCopter" for my MoonKnight. But now that I'm using my MLS Mooney rather than my Microman version, there's no way I can make this thing a decent 2-seater, so Mooney would have to fly it alone.

Just a bit of white paint so far - I don't think I'll do any real mods to it, since it's a great vehicle already.

But then I thought, what about if I use it for this guy?

I probably won't, since it can't operate in space. Guess I need a JLA Javelin or something to make an adequate "Ghost Ship".

Anyway, ideas? Thoughts?

Cheers!

Yeah, keep it a Moonknight ship. It can be remote flown just like the Batwing.
By the way that Space Ghost "RAWKS".

Very nice paint job, Chief. I cant wait to see what you do with it.

BTW, this is the best Space Ghost episode ever.

You know, I never watched SGC2C - I guess because I loved the character as a kid I didn't want to see him parodied (although this was pretty funny .) I just got a copy of the Joe Kelly Space Ghost graphic novel and I loved it - nuthin' like ol' SG kicking all kinds of ass on a revenge spree.

I'll probably have the finished fig up later tonight after a few more paint apps.

So, anyone got a JLA Javelin 7 they want to get rid of cheap? :shifty:

Yah, I'm gonna need to see more of Ghostie, Chief. That reinvention comic of him back to his roots was nicely kickass. I think I heard a sequel's in the works.

If you're looking for a ship reminiscent of the one he had in the cartoon and comic, I think the Capt Power XT-7 PowerJet. It's got the same basic silhouette, altho it'd need some work if you're gonna need it to be truly accurate.

And yeah, the white-n-black D-Hawk needs to stay with Moonie. It doesn't look like anything I've seen him use, but it suits him nicely. There's gotta be something you can do with those fans and his moon motif.

I'd say that looks good as Moon Knight's copter. So, we gonna get some pictures of your full mancave anytime? Do you even work in the military anymore, or do you just spend all day making playsets and figures and vehicles? :D

Thanks for the feedback, guys. Definitely have to start painting some strategicly-placed crescent moons on the thing and touch up the paint for Mooney's new ride.

As for the man-cave update, Lev - I've actually got it pretty much done (had to clean up the place for some folks that came over last weekend) so I'll probably snap pics & post them when I get back from my trip this week. And yeah, I still do Army stuff - remember, I'm the king of the half-assed speed custom, so it's not like I spend any time working on these things ;). When I get back from spending your tax dollars in Hawaii I'll have more stuff to share :P
