I've had Episode Eight up for a couple of weeks, but never publicized it, so for those folks who hadn't checked it out, you're getting a two-for-one deal today. Episode Eight Episode Nine Not to mention I've put up 6 more installments of G.I. Joe and the Transformers from Self-Modifier. Enjoy! Justin |

First, the critiques - Chap 8 has "Episode Seven" on the browser title bar. Because I'm a nit-picking a-hole, "Unknown Bogeys" is a redundant term - "Bogey" implies unknown (hostiles would be "Bandits" or "Hostiles", friendlies are friendlies, etc.) Hit-n-Run in the woods --- he looks too big compared to the scenery in the first couple of shots. Great effect, especially with the shadowing, he just looks too big next to the trees. Now, the praise - Great action! Loved the fight scene in the woods - and seeing Luke Ellison kicking ass is always cool The vehicle battle in Ep9 is fantastic - having the Hummer up on two wheels and the APC speeding through the grass is just plain awesome dio-making Once again, you have the capability to blend old-sculpt melon-headed figures with the new stuff - the way you shoot these scenes, coupled with the action & dialogue (and the "THOKK", "SHHRRK", etc) make it easy to forget that these are punkin-headed toys More great dio-goodness from the master! Now hurry up and crap out Ep10 for us (I want to know what happened to Barrel Roll!) |

Well, unlike Hogan I took the time to finish it. Great action and even though I would have loved to have seen I can't complain how this went down. Also, no fair not telling anyone that you have a new chapter up. |

I think I appreciate most what you've done with Hit-n-Run throughout your body of work - taken a relatively minor character and made me care about him. Kill him, and...well....consequences happen. You'll bring it on yourself. He BETTER get the girl in the end. |

Thanks, guys! Chief, I was struggling with those Hit n Run pics, and you're right, he is too big in those first few shots. I thought it looked "off" but I couldn't quite place it. I think you're dead on, though. I appreciate the clarification on "Bogies" too! Maybe I should have you proof read all my chapters before they go out... Kil - I was a bit conflicted on the Renegades, too, but ultimately wanted to move the story along and since it takes so damn long to tell one of these tales, I didn't want the impact to be lessened because people kind of forgot about them. Boog - Hit n Run's my boy, don't expect anything to happen to him soon. He's been through enough. In fact, he's probably the most instrumental character in the story at this point... Justin |

You've gone done and caught up with me in the chapter count. How'd I let that happen? Good stuff as always, Justin. And the two-fer was a really nice way to start the week. Looking forward to the next installment. |

I love it - great stuff! Even though I've only read those two chapters, I loved every bit of it. The vehicle battle is fantastic indeed, very dynamic and fast paced. Now it made me want to go back to the beginning and read the first seven issues. |
