When Kilcarr commissioned Mr. Pig from me, he also had an idea for Pacman. The rest is history.

Let me (and Kilcarr) know what you think.

I'm not familiar with the character, but he looks cool.

I love it...a very cool, very immaginative use of parts that i wouldn't have thought could be fit into a Joe verse. Same goes for a character that I'd have never considered for a joe.

I need Joe-ticulation...I think it'd be fairly simple to mash a 25th figure's lower torso and thighs in place of that Starwars T crotch stuff.

I want more explaination of how, what and why the armor works and its reason for being so very clam like.

It might just be the scanner...but I think the yellow needs to be brighter...Airtight yellow...you know...Pee-o Neo Viper yellow...the brighter the better.

I am not sure if I should laugh or be in awe.

You're kidding right? PacMan, ghost hunter, none of that sounds familiar to you? Kil even managed to fit in Iwatani, the game's designer. Freaking fantastic job here. Like Nova said the character actually works in the GI Jeo universe. Matt, good clean paints as usual. Way to bring this concept to life.

It reminds me a lot of the Goofy, Mickey, and the other Disney inspired customs another guy did, sorry I don't remember who you are!

Very creative and interesting.

Wow... that is balls to the awesome man! I was intrigued when Kil told me about this the other day, but this is awesome! The bio is super cool and I love that you got him into the Joe-verse... now I want a paranormal investigator...

I also agree - we need hooded Cobra Commander Ghost heads now!

Lance you genius! I never though of CC hood as ghost heads.

I can't stop starring at this figure.

Shame on me. I was thinking he was some lesser known Hell Boy character.
Hey, you learn something new every day. :-D

I like it, but the file card reads Vipra bad. ;-)

Here's my take.

Thomas Iwatani was seen by his peers as an unstable little boy with an unhealthy interest in the occult, chasing his "spirit beings" through a labyrinth of ancient texts. To this day, his voracious appetite for ghost related matters is his defining characteristic, and when he’s charged up on the topic, he consumes everything in his path.

When Joe troopers were attacked by a cold, vaporous presence that neither psychology, science or techno wizardry could explain, the team was forced to do the unthinkable, and turned to Iwatani, who could understand the threat that others could not.

“Iwatani could see the "ghosts" in all the colors of the spectrum. He even gave them little pet names when most of us were unable to even wrap our heads around the idea that they could be real. He went in alone, and when they trapped him in a corner, he came out fighting. I don’t know what to believe about the "ghosts", but I believe that Iwatani is the man to send them running!” - Specialist Kenneth D Rich.

Ouch. Well, I can't blame Larry for that one. :shifty: Hell, I had already written the bio before I even got in touch with Matthew.

Seriously though, the inspiration came to me when I was looking at the concept Rebel Trooper from the side. I thought the helmet was awfully Pac-Manish and then could not get that image out of my head. Matt is a super nice guy and was very receptive to the concept.

Honestly, I was super psyched to get this fig back and add him to my already eclectic collection. Thanks again, man.
