Check Big Lots for Eels, otherwise Target is clearancing the Deluxe figure packs, one of which was an Eel. Some of the Fearless Forces or Corps! figures might have something easily hollwed out that may be a closer match. I can't recall for certain at the moment,
Oh, and for the shotgun, (which I noticed you mentioned in the Marauder thread), it's a pretty simple design.
