the only thing i have ever found that works on everything before, was duplicolor vinyl dye, which is very expensive... so if this works as good, it is infinitely better!

Was able to test yesterday... you were definitely right about getting the FLAT BLACK! They only had gloss black at the walmart I went to... still super sticky today, on all but the hardest parts. The white was still sticky on soft parts when I went to bed (hours after application) but are stabilized now! I will hit my other nearby Walmarts over the weekend, until I find the flat! The gloss black actually made LEGO parts sticky for a few hours! That is pretty interesting...

End results are a solid two thumbs up for the white, to be used as primer on all Joe surfaces. Great find 2DARK2C! Who would have thought something so cheap could be so great! Also for that 99 cents you get 295ml of paint, which blows away the expensive Tamiya 180ml.

I argued with my wife for 2yrs before I finally listened and tried spray paint on plastic! she is a faux finisher and helps me out with paint techniques :)

with the cheap Walmart flat I do thin even coats and never cover a vehicle size project in one go. heads and smaller bits sometimes get covered in just one swoop.

How long do you let a coat dry before the next coat?

1hr is about average time between coats . I had a lazy susan set up so I could spin the piece and get a coat all over. that really helps with bigger pieces. small pieces I clip in clothes pins so I can turn them and paint all over.

excellent! I plan on attaching pieces to a foam sheet via hot glue and straws, pins or toothpicks and hitting a ton of pieces at once. Then spinning the foam sheet. I know to get the arm joints, I will have to do a bit more work, but everything else should be somewhat quick

my wife taught me to turn the can upside down and spray until it blows just aerosol. that keeps your tip clean and unclogged. I never have a problem with my paint cans now :)

yes that is true of all aerosols! Very important for anyone that doesn't know! I used to waste so many cans, when I was a kid!

I tried my ColorPlace mettallic gold... it works just as good as the flat white, on hard and soft plastics! If you look up ColorPlace spraypaint on google, you get linked to the same cans on walmart.com! It doesn't look like there are many colors anymore though...
