A number of years ago my Mom had a new deck built and was going to toss these.

These parts have been sitting in a small trailer for a few years now, getting dirty as the seasons have changed (so please excuse the dirt and branches). I stood them upright so the rain would kinda clean them and no rain so far...a little scrubbing and they will be clean.

Had an idea to use the 4x4 sections for the sides of a LCAC, and use the smaller 2x4 ones for the 'wagon' of the GIJOE RTV. https://gijoe.fandom.com/wiki/R.T.V.

I have tires already and a great deal of leftover plastic from work (product line we don't carry anyone). I also have a stash of clear plastic packaging from various toylines to make all the windows of the RTV.

Anyone have a recommendation on how to glue or fasten the 4x4 pieces to a boogie board (if I go that route)?

I also have a supply of thick pink foam I can use to make the cushion of the LCAC.

i think bolting it on could work with small holes and large washers. if not an option then i'd try hot glue. hotgle has a short window to get things together, but running a bead around the edges could strengthen it a lot.
