I've had a problem I havent quite figured out how to overcome just yet.

Basically the shoulder joins, and ankle joints, are casted over the joint mechanism...
So it can't be seperated to sand down to avoid join wear, how do others over come this problem?

I had considered slicing one side of the joint and removing the joining peice... however this would make the joint loose, and likely to come off a second time.. any suggestions?

maybe sealing your paint, i use delta ceram coat matte(dull finish) and gloss(shiny) to avoid this problem, sometimes it works, depends on how tight the joint is, another methos is rit dyeing the joint if you can.

I use the tip of a fresh X-acto knife blade to carve a small amount of material away from the joint. Sometimes that's all that needs to be done, sometimes it isn't. If I'm still getting paint rub after that, I'll smear a thin coat of super glue over the paint. Keep the glue as thin as possible, and make sure it's dry, before you move the joint.
