When I first started painting my figure I used enamel which worked fine most of the time. But would some times gum up or take to long to dry so I switched to acrylics. They work perfectly. But these last few weeks I had to start making casts of Joe heads since I ran out of factory heads. so I painted the heads and all that and the cam out great but the figure I made have helmets and when I take the helmets on and off it scratches the paint off the figures faces so I have to keep painting them again. When I use enamel I used a sealer that would lock the paint on but if I use the same sealer it takes the acrylic off

Does any one know of an acrylic sealer of some kind I can use?

I use the Plaid Blue and Black label acrylic sealer on mine. I still have some paint rubbing when putting the helmet if its tight fit. I have found that I actually have to sand the insde of the helmet to make it a little bit bigger so it is no so tight. If your looking for the Plaid Sealer, you can usually get it from Walmart or Michaels and it comes in Matte and Gloss. I usually keep a can of both around depending on what I use it for. Below is a pic of what the can actually looks like. Hope this helps you out.

Dude...I bought a Sludge Viper from you last week.

Great prices at your store! Especially now that Cheap Joes Galore is MIA.
