Question on Street Fighter/Ninja Force figures

I was wondering if anyone knows how to open the torso on these figures? These are the ones with no screw and have action features. There are some I would like to keep intact if all possible. Thanks for any help or advice.

Back to the topic, Ibelive Dream is right, careful use of an exacto knife is the way to go.
