Good base for a G.I. Joe base dio?

Check it out. I own one, since I have a ton of DVDs. Sitting here bored, thinking of 25th Joes, I looked over at it and realized: hey, if I added some floors/doors etc., that could make a killer dio that revolves on its own. The size of each bay is pretty large for Joes, but not so big that each demands its own double level. So, you've got eight rooms to fill by my count. Any opinions? If it seems doable, I might wind up with two of these once I get through with another project I'm looking for the base to.
