I came up with this today after seeing multiple 25th Steel Brigades. Here is the recipe:

head: doesn't matter
torso: Ranking Officer Hawk
arms: Cobra Commander
legs: Crankcase
helmet: Steel Brigade

Good eye...but that Torso Surgery you'd have to do pulls this one out of teh LBC contention...fairly easy...but by no means LBC.

Actually people have won LBC awards at the JCA with painted heads, and busting open a torso seems like a lot less work ;-)

No... the diaper crotch and the belly are one piece. I think he means that to keep the Hawk torso intact, you gotta ditch Crankcase's belly and transplant the entire torso...

yep, that's where I was going. You'd technically have to paint the crotch area. good catch nova and Lance
