Cobra Scientist Pants color.

Looking for input again...I'm having a tough time deciding what color pants.

Cobra scientist is under-recognized, despises the flamboyancy of Dr. Mindbender...but is equally as essentric...if not more so.

What color pants would he wear? Purple and Yellow, I feel are both off the table as they've both been worn by Dr. Mindbender.


White or Black would be the easiest.

I like the idea of a neonish Green..

An electric blue could be neat...but I think any blue would be too much of your standard Cobra...somthing this Scientist wouldn't do.

An Orange/Red might work...almost a poppy color.


As is I'm leaning towards a green color...Recomendations for or against? any thoughts?

The gray pants would be purple, the brown shoes would be black, and maybe an orange bowtie. I'd guess some sort of mask on his face.

I was about to say purple before reading your post. I like the way it works with the Techno Vipers that usually surround mindbender. Maybe the green or red of the Toxo Vipers v.1 or v. 2.

I'm really kinda torn...between a Vivid Bright Green...or an equaly similarly bright Red/Orange.

Any thoughts? I'll tip my hat that I've got a number of recently acquired Clean Sweeps ready to become useful Lab assistants...I'll prolly keep 3 yellow with new highlights to match up with Clamps...but I think They'll take a Crimsin dye well enough and turn a cool shade of orange...maybe try a few a purple or blue color.


Also finaly went out and got one of these

Green Sub Viper's...I love that color...and I really like that Burgandy-Red of his lower arms... Anybody want to try and talk me into alternate paint schemes? Got a better idea or any colors to recomend?

I always thought that there was that "Cobra Blue mkII" that was really cool, and almost has gone unnoticed. It's that bluish grey color stuff like the Maggot, Manta and Hiss 2 came in. I've wanted to do more Cobra stuff in that color, and I think it may work for this... Highlight it with some bright red, a little black and you've got yourself a stew goin'!
