is this possible. i've repaired vehicle parts with the epoxy and guess what, they don't break again.

What, like glueing the crotch back on with epoxy glue or making a new one with epoxy putty?

IS POSSIBLE, but in my opinion it wouldnt stay there for a long time...because of the friction and if you´re intended to use the figure it probably break again...
In my opinion if you want the figure to stay "original" buy a new waist on Ebay or another Joe related parts store; or the other way is to repaint another waist.
Im talking about a rude use os the figs. if your intention is to left it and dont use, well, glue it could work.

I've used superglue to fix broken dongs and never had a problem. I don't see a need to go all extravagant with a 2-part epoxy.

What will seal the deal on whether this works is by filing down the back flat side of the dong so that the t-bar doesn't press into it so much. That's what causes dongs to break off in the first place.

For repairs like this, I've found that adding a stiffener (like a small pin or other sturdy object) to the break helps a lot. Just use a pin hole vice, drill down through the crotch and into the broken off crotch peice...fit the support peice in, add glue, then trim any excess away.

I have fixed a lot of wastes in my time.

Here is some examples - I think there is a couple more around but forget which one.

While it is preferable to use whole and unbroken waists, like my man Outback says, when in need I will use them with out hesitation. Also making your own middle part can allow you to put different legs in that would normally not fit.

Do you know what I mean when I say tongue and groove. Its a carpenters joint but the process and idea is very much the same. Yes you do use expoy for the process but not for actually glueing principles. More like a fill in the gaps and or scuplting.
