Pre-Mixing Dullcote and Glossy Watercolor?

Would this be a good idea? A lot of times Dullcote makes my glossy watercolors run and I was wondering if I got some empty jars from Hobby Lobby, spray some Dullcote into it then poured some paint to make a mix if I'd get flat watercolor or a mess. Whattaya think?
