I think this is a universal problem. The torches and lasers for the 25th BATS are really really loose. If you are lucky they hold on it the arm is raised. Since I want a functional BAT army and so may you here is a quick and easy fix.
Stuff you need, Hot Glue, Vaseline, and a BAT
Apply a very thin coating of vaseline to the arm nub.
Add a dab of hot glue to the hole in the offending arm attachment.
Push them together, wait 20 seconds and twist the lower limb off.
wipe off any excess vaseline, and you have one pop tight BAT

This method also works very well for custom and loose ball joint heads.

For those without a hot glue gun, a one inch long and 1/4 inch wide strip of aluminum foil wrapped around the nub will also give you a tight fit but is not as long lasting.

All in favor of a B.A.T. army!

This seems like a good tip, but I think part of it was known. I did see people using hot glue to fit different socket heads to posts.

didn't realize it would work on bat arms, though, not bad.

Yeah it was the head post fix that made me think to use it on loose arm sockets. It will also work if a boil and pop combo fit is too loose on a human fig.
