Ok first, I'm still wowed by Chief's Scarlett armor repaint, and I can't wait to find that figure in stores. Hell, the only reactive armor I've found so far is Heavy Duty, and I didn't get that one yet.

Anyway, Chief's repaint made me think of other ways to customize the armored figs and get the most mileage out of them. I remembered seeing a story on Fox about the look of the American soldier by 2030 (the pic is from the story) and I'm thinking I might try something like this to break up the all black look. If anybody has any better concept pictures, or other ideas to share, post them here. I suspect I'll have at least a squad of these guys and gals once I find them at least.

I was thinking about making a Sigma Strike Duke out an Accelerator Suit Duke. Paint him up green, gray, and uh...purple, and give him a huge jetpack and gun.

The suit could also work as a Joe scaled Master Chief from Halo.

I definitely want to paint one up green. They fit in really well with the HALO verse.
