I've got an idea that I'll need about 6 cryo-tubes for. I've got some of the original MicroMan tubes left, but they're pretty boring as they're literally just tubes of clear plastic. I've got one of the Hulk tubes that spun the Banner fig around to show the Hulk. That would be perfect, but I've only got the one. Anybody got any good ideas that are cheap and easily obtainable? |

Those Valor vs Venom things that had Duke transforming. Come with their own base and monituring computer. I can't imagine they would be too much. |

http://smalljoes.com/cgi-bin/pgen.cgi?S ... em=DISPCYL These display cases should work for what you need. Knowing you you'll just cut it up anyway so why not start with this nice basic clear tube that you can modify to your hearts content. And you can get them for a few dollars compared to most other options. Something else you can also look at, which might be a bit expensive is the Star Wars Bacta Tank. And gijoey's talking about the Valor vs. Venom Venomization Chamber, again might be pricey but something to look into. |

This is a wip of some lab tanks. I need to fill them and add tech detail, tubes, and panels.....but you get the general idea. They were made using viyl tubes zipties and such come in. I rit dyed them very quickly to get the colors. The caps are simply pvc end caps painted silver. You can use the acrylic tubes from small joes as well, but you will need to sand the inside of the caps down as they are a hair too big to slide in as is. I hope this helps. |

I have one of the Takara items Nova linked to, and it's awesome. For a unique looking tube, I have considered the containers that the SRO figs come in, but they'd need some work. What I wonder about most though is the Star Trek Transporter set. I have some I got on clearance, but haven't cracked any open yet. They were cheap enough at Big Lots and K-Mart to maybe be worth getting a few. |
